of Defence Studies. Bhonsala Military College, Nasik.
(ii) Delivered the key
note address on Nonmilitary threats to Indias Security in the
National Seminar organized by P.C. Bagla P.G. College, Hathras and acted as a
panelist.
(iii) Delivered two lectures on Revolution in Strategic Affairs
and Science and Technology in 21st Centurys on Sept. 18th 2003 in the Refresher
course organized by Chaudhry Charan Singh university, Meerut.
(iv) Presented
a paper on Emerging Dynamics of Non-conventional Aspects of South Asian
Security in the National workshop on Conflict Management, Democracy and
Development held at Malviya Centre for Peace Research, B.H.U., Varanasi on 28
Aug. 2003. Also Chaired a session.
(v) Acted as a panelist in the Pune session
of National Congress for Defence Studies on Science Technology and National
Security on 20 Oct. 2003 held at University of Pune.
(vi) Delivered 04
lectures on New dimensions of terrorism and Science, Technology
and National Security in the orientation course organized by the Academic
Staff College, University of Allahabad, on 4th & 5th February, 2004.

Invited to act as a panelist in the National Seminar on Americas war
on Iraq and its implications to be organized by the centre for International,
Strategic and Development Studies, Mumbai, from 18-20, March, 2004.

Participated in the Oxford Roundtable 2005 on "Adapting to Globalization
in 21st Century", Oxford, UK, 31st July 2005-5th August 2005.
