During the last few decades many Annual Conferences, seminars and workshops of Vidwat Parishad were held and the other following conferences detailed below were also held.

1) Joint Conference of Indian Numismatic Parishad and Bhartiya Puratatva Parishad in 1968 and 1983.
2) Bhartiya Asthal Nam Parishad Conference in 1986.
3) Joint Conference of Bhartiya Puratatva Parishad, Bhartiya Itihas and Sanskrit Parishad and I.S.P.Q.S. in November 1995.

Conferences on Serious Subjects
Veda & Spade - 1968, Associates Indian Tileulatum 1983, Cultural Contact of the Proper Names (1986), Archaeological and Cultural Glory of Eastern U.P (1995).

From the period of specialization at post graduate level many important range of subjects have been incorporated in the syllabus, viz. History-Philosophy, writing ancient numismatic, Archaeology, Social and Economic History. Buddhism, Jainism, Hindu Religion-Philosophy, Political History. At research level for the history bared evaluation and analysis, a new style has been initiated in which the technology of scientific explanation of Pura-Bhasha, is significant.

The museum of Purvayatan with its invaluable antique riches is a blessing to the researchers. Materials received from the excavation's are preserved here. These relics reveal the culture from Pre-Historic-Neolithic age and to historic age. Large number of photo states, photo copies of coins, Idol craft, and relies, are invaluable for learned scholars and the researchers too and it is looked after by Mr. Krishna Nand Tripathi an experienced Archaeological Scholar, Who had been a very important member of the expedition for the discovery of kapilvastu and excavation of Sohgaum (Gorakhpur) and Fazilnagar-Sathiyawn and birbhari. Every member of the Purvayatam is desirous of having a well arranged and beautiful museum building.

Academic Achievements
1) U.G.C. Major Research Project, April 2000 - March 2003.
Subject: Kush-Jan-Sanskriti - Prevedic History.
Chief Resercher - Prof. Mata Prasad Tripathi.

2) Dr. Smt. Vipula Dubey and Dr. Smt. Rekha Chaturvedi read their research papers on November 25-26, 2002 of its International Seminar held at Bareilly.

3) Dr. Smt. Vipula Dubey, Dr. Smt. Rekha Chaturvedi read their research papers in the session Panchal Research Institute Kanpur.

4) Dr. Ishwar Saran Vishwakarma took part in the national conference held at Nagpur on January 1-2, 2003 by all India history compilation scheme, New Delhi and Read his research paper.

5) Vag-Devi Puja-Anushthan-22nd Parva Sri Basant Panchmi 2003 on this occasion the research work of Prof. Sachidanand Srivastava "A study in origins and development of Jainism" was dedicated to the public.

6) Dr. Smt. Rekha Chaturvedi's Book "Mahavir and Ahimsachal" dedicated to public by Sri Kesari Nath Tripathi adhyaksha, Vidhan Sabha on April 13th 2003 at Samvad Bhawan.

7) In April 2003 Prof. Sachidanand Srivastava, Dr. Smt. Vipula Dubey and Dr. Smt. Rekha Chaturvedi took part and read their recent papers in national conference held at Parshwanath Vidya Pith Varanasi.

8) In the conference at Hira Lal Ram Nivas P.G. College Kahlilabad in Ancient History, Archaeology and Cultural Department, Organized by Bharti Anusandhan Board, New Delhi on February 25-26, 2003, Prof. Mata Prasad Tripathi, Dr. Gorakhnath, Dr. Smt. Vipula Dubey, Dr. Ishwar Sharan Vishwakarma, Dr. Smt. Rekha Chaturvedi, Dr. Krishnanand Tripathi and research scholars of the department took part and read their research papers. On this occasion lecture on pre-vedic background of
Koshal- Magadh region was delivered by Prof. Mata Prasad Tripathi.

9) At GMT P.G. College, Dabra, M.P., National conference arranged by U.G.C. in february 2003, Dr. Ishwar Sharan Vishwakarma delivered his special lecture on "The Obscenities of Indian History Writing".

10) In the national conference on "Vedic culture and its continuity" arranged at ancient history, archaeology and culture study centre, Vikaram University Ujjan with the financial and by Bharatiya Itihas Anusandhan Board New Delhi, on March 25-27, 2003, Dr. Prem Sagar Chaturvedi, Dr. Smt. Vipula Dubey, Dr. Ishwar Sharan Vishwakarma, Dr. Smt. Rekha Chaturvedi, Dr. Rajwant Rao, Dr. Smt. Pragya Chaturvedi read their research papers.

11) Enlisting the relics collected in the museum at Purvayatan, by Prof. Rehman Ali (Vikaram University Ujjan) with the cooperation of Prof. Mata Prasad Tripathi, Dr. Goraknath and museum assistant Sri. Krishnand Tripathi.

12) Participation of Dr. Ishwar Sharan Vishwakarma in the workshop for talent search examination arranged by N.C.E.R.T., New Delhi.

13) Participation and reading of research paper by Dr. Ishwar Sharan Vishwakarma in the national conference held at Bhopal on 24-25 February, 2003 in collaboration with all India Vidya Bharti Vidwat Parishad.

14) On the occasion Vag-Devi Puja-Anushthan-22nd Parva Sri Basant Panchmi 26th January 2004, Hon'ble Ex-Vice-Chancellor Prof. Revti Raman Pandey's dedication of Acharya Bishwambhar Saran Pathak Memorial Library and reading room of the departmental library for the public.
